Direct and manage the Project Controls Department.

Develop and maintain corporate Project Controls procedures and tools (Primavera P 3&6, SAP).

Ensure sufficient staffing within the department.

Guide, support and audit the personnel assigned to project teams.

Prepare and control annual Project Controls budget and year plan.
