·         Handling a Centralized P.M.O and Coordinating with different Project Managers/Project

·         Act the role of Project Manager in his absence

·         Managing & Controlling Projects Independently

·         Planning/Controlling/Managing Multiple Projects at any Point of Time.

·         Creating/Updating schedules by using Primavera 8.2

·         Generating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports

·         Coordinating day to day activities to ensure proper progress of project

·         Contract Management/Variance Analysis/Change Requests

·         Control/Monitoring of Invoice/expenses to make sure all losses are mitigated

·         Coordinating and Undertaking Trainings for employees (PMI-SP, Primavera P6, MS Project etc)
