Worked with business stakeholders to manage and deliver successful projects, ensuring they are to specification, on time and on budget. My duties include planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs and projects, coordinating and collaborating with project team members, developing measurable project objectives and monitoring progress toward achievements. I used Primavera and Microsoft Project software for project planning and control. Ensured that projects conformed to PRINCE methodology and required standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACHIEVEMENTS:

·      Established and maintained project controls systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting including: Work Breakdown Structures, Gannts Charts, S-curves, resourcing plans and 30, 60 or 90 day lookaheads.

·      Assisted with the development of the business plan for projects including the implementation of the change management system with consultants and clients while maintaining schedule and budget.

·      Assisted consultants to produce efficient, technical and operational work procedures for various projects.

·      Developed a cost-effective training procedure and convinced management to sponsor training and career development seminars for staff.

·      Ensured timely and consistent submission of project’stechnicalandperformance reports.
