Job Captain

Responsibilities included:

  • Perform Building Code Analysis and confirm the analysis with the project and managements team.
  • Develop work plan, including a mini-set, to meet Project deadlines
  • Assist in preparation of the Cost Estimates, including researching materials.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and training to the technician.
  • Quality Control reviews of various projects in the office.

  • Base Building Architecture for 325,700 sq. ft. Shockoe Plaza, at Richmond, Virginia USA.
