§  Develop schedules and project control at various phases to identify critical activities and possible consequences for mitigation actions.

§  Coordinate with the construction team for proper implementation and programme analysis.

§  Ensure compliance with specification schedules and budgets

§  Carry out and prepare critical path schedule analysis.

§  Prepare design proposals and negotiate with clients.

§  Ensures to meet design requirements of the clients.

§  Collaborates with design team on all design–related activities at all times.

§  Observe and maintain confidentiality of information such as customer database, design operations and other important matters.

§  Ensures that all required mandatory services are being properly undertaken on time.

§  Ensures that all company implemented policies and procedures are strictly followed in the course of performing functional responsibilities.
