  • Flexible Program Management (FPM) (USD $463MM) was the program that provided a full services of managing CHEVRON projects including as the Resident Contractor who conducts operation and maintenance works.The program includes engineering, procurement services, construction management, management of CHEVRON’s heavy equipment fleet, management of construction services and sustainable development of local subcontractors, supplier and skilled labor all related to CHEVRON’s portfolio of construction and maintenance work as well as other related jobs as required by CHEVRON.

 

  • Provided necessary planning techniques to client / company and guidance in developing and adopting a practical but transparent system of progress measurement method and structure, aligning with the Plan’s WBS, and established planning deliverable's.
 
  •   • Performed work share coordination the project team on roles and responsibilities. 
  •   • Coordinated commercial and contractual documentation.
  •   • Developed cost controls / scheduling procedures, WBS, execution plan and business plan.
  •   • Developed realistic estimates, Chevron's project schedule in Primavera P3e/c v3.5 Client/Server version, cost/budget baselines and schedule and cost forecast. 
  •   • Controlled resource pool monitoring system, WPs / UPs, WAs, EPFs, procurement, contracting, change orders in term of efficient schedule and cost controls project.
  •   • Identified, analyzed and mitigated of potential risk events including establishment of risk register and initiation of corrective action when required,
  •   • Maintained productivity and efficiency figures (SPI), developed options for problem resolution.
  •   • Liaison with client and subcontractors.
