o     Preparation of Baseline Schedule in P5 using WBS as per the Client/Engineer requirements and preparation of Engineering & Procurement register.

o     Project monitoring as per schedules and prepare progress reports.

o     Schedule analysis, and preparation of progress reports.

o     Presentation of Early & Target schedule to highlight the variance in form of bar chat, progress line and in tabular form etc.

o     Export & Import of the resource data to/from Excel.

o     Monitoring projects and preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.

o     Preparation of cost implications of changes to the scope of work during a constructing project.

o     Addressing queries to the Consultant for the clarification of any ambiguities, passing on information to the subcontractors & suppliers where necessary, through the Estimation and Tendering Manager.

o     Responsible for the measurement of quantities required for the submission of valuation including back-up computations and all attachments for the claim and organize documents well to ensure immediate approval.

o     Preparation of variation and claims.

o     Estimation of Extra work and Report preparation for Extra Work.

o     Calculation of project Man-hours and breakup of BOQ price as weighting for the progress measurement.
