One of the founding partners of an international construction claims consulting firm and an educational institute providing professional development seminars in the areas of project management, claims mitigation and claims management. Responsible for management of multiple on-call construction claims services contracts for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the California Department of Corrections (CDC). Managed multiple other claims related projects. Founded and directed the activities of the PinnacleOne Institute, an organization to research and offer educational presentations to owners, contractors, A/E’s and others involved in construction.
