ExxonMobil – Hebron Topsides Project, Offshore Newfoundland.

Lead construction planner / scheduler responsible for the following (but not limited to):

• Performing detailed planning/scheduling activities for compliance to contract requirements and internal reporting analysis requirements.
• Preparing technical reports according to applicable project requirements, internal requirements, and client contract requirements.
• As part of the project management team, responsible for preparing all project controls reports including, but not limited to, scheduling updates and analysis, progress reporting, and various internal and external reporting for management.
• Drafting accurate and timely reports and correspondence to the project team as required.
• Working directly with the Project Manager and project team members to identify and resolve problems.
• Communicating and assisting in preparation of all projects related reports to ensure the requirements of the clients were met.
• Implementing and maintaining company quality system requirements relative to responsibilities, including creating and maintaining WBS and all schedule aspects used for reporting and monitoring. Determined problems and or potential problems with the schedule and monitored for future schedule impacts.
