·         Developed a Level 4-5 Schedule for construction

·         Producing a 1-2 week look ahead for construction on a weekly basis

·         Producing SMPP Daily and Weekly targets in accordance to the Baselines schedule and Scope of work to be completed on contractual dates

·         Generated corresponding Tracking tools for the Structuctral, Mechanical, Piping, Platework for construction control measuring the commodity installed with credit

·         Generates a weekly accomplishments to the client

·         Generates Baseline S-Curve and Histograms weekly to the client as per the project reporting requirement

·         Assign manpower, materials and equipments onto project plan

·         Liaise with Construction Manager regarding the timing and execution of plan.

·         Maintain the conforming  baseline schedule on week to week basis

·         Raise Red flags/ early Warnings to the Site Manager and Project Manager and propose mitigation plan

·         Attends daily site  Progress meetings

·         Plan an internal Material delivery schedule with procurement department

·         Earn Value Analysis and Efficiencies

·         Acceleration and Extension of time schedule due to late deliverables milestones
