Feb’07 to Mar’08with Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd as Engineer- Planning           (Project Value: INR 800 million)

Project: JCB INDIA Expansion Plant, Ballabgarh, Haryana, INDIA comprising RCC Buildings, Steel Structures etc.

Major Responsibilities:

o      Handling co-ordination, planning, cost control and development of protocols with H.O. and M.I.S department.

o      Contractual claims with the client.

o      Time and Motion studies/Productivity Analysis.

o      Analyze and identify the areas of concern, work progress trends and report the same to the Project Manager so as to minimize such impacts and ensure timely completion of the Project.

o      Evaluating builders and contributing to the preparation of Subcontract Agreement.

o      Reviewing project progress using MS Project/P3, handling any variances/ contingencies, and also accommodating change requests in project plan, raised by the client.

o      Prepare the planning formats and scope of work and report the same to H.O & M.I.S department.

o      Ensure that the planning and scheduling documents such as, master schedules, progress reports, 'S' curves and bar charts etc. are prepared properly and in accordance with contractual time schedules.

o      Preparing Cash flow of the project, Pre Start Estimate and Cost to Complete as per actual and suggest potential areas of cost saving.

o      Adhere to other responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager.
