Jan ’10 to May ‘11with Allied Business Corporation LLC as Planning Engineer

Project: Muscat Oasis Residences “PANORAMA” – Phase 4 at Bausher, Muscat, SULTANATE OF OMAN.

Project is a mixed use project comprising Hotel Apartments, Commercial, Healthcare, Recreational and Entertainment Centres                                                                                                                                                                (Project Value: $100 million)

Major Responsibilities:

o    Preparation of Baseline Construction schedules including resource loading and levelling.

o    Progress Monitoring, Controlling and Reporting.

o    Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and submission of the same to the Client.

o    Preparation of MIS reports, on weekly and monthly basis to the H.O.

o    Preparation and Submission of Variation claims, monthly Invoices and follow up the same.

o    Review and approve sub contractor bills/invoices/claims and present the same to the manager.

o    Analyse and compare planned vs actual data’s and report the same to the management.

o    Prepare and follow up in submittals and approval schedules of materials, drawings and sub contractors.

o    Prepare 'S' curves, bar charts and earned value analysis reports on weekly and monthly basis.

o    Preparation of yearly cash flows and material procurement schedules.

o    Co-ordinate between various departments of the project for effective performance of the project.

o    Liase with consultants, sub contractors and vendors.

o    Assist in preparing delay analysis and performance analysis reports and recommend alternatives, to minimise the delays in the project.

o    Business Development, as an additional responsibility to capitalise on the growth markets and penetrate further into the existing and new markets.

o    Bill certifications and Contracts Management; along with an involvement in site execution.

Adhere to other responsibilities as directed by the General Manager
