I currently hold the position of Project Controls Manager with Sazeh Consultants. As a member of the Project Management Team (PMT), I am responsible for the adequate execution of project time and resource management plan. As per the Company’s Policy it would be required to understand the stakeholders’ requirements first and subsequently provide them with services and products which conform to contractual requirements,comply with applicable codes, standards, laws and regulations, safety, health and environmental considerations.
In order to achieve this predetermined goals, we are committed to maintain an effective and efficient integrated management system based on ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS29001:2003, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999
As Project Controls Manager, I am also responsible for controlling projects in order to ensure a timely completion of the projects within the approved budget. Sazeh Consultants has been amongst biggest companies active in providing consulting services to the clients in oil & gas industry for the past 37 years. Sazeh Consultants has successfully finished over 150 projects in various industrial sectors in Iran including Asaluyeh, Bandar Imam, Ahwaz, Arak and Boushehr. Sazeh Consultants has workd with international clients including TOTAL (France), SAGA (Japan) and O.M.V (Austria) alongside national clients such as National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), National Iranian Gas Company, and International Petrochemical Industry.

My overall responsibilities comprise:
-Review of the contract
-Determination of the project constraints and validation of assupmtions
-Preparation and development of the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
-Preparation of the Project Activity List
-Adjustment of Time Schedule, considering available resources
-Preparation and management of project's schedule change control system
-Conducting system analysis and reporting project baseline vs. actual
