During the work in organization I fulfils following duties.

• Preparation of Matrix to show split of work into zones/area, discipline and responsibility.
• Preparing WBS and OBS and prepares their mapping.
• Preparation of schedule for purchase of Bulk materials, Consumables, machines and Plant requirement.
• Responsible for overall control of the project and Level III plan.
• Ensuring that Field Engineering effectively performs their function of estimating BOM and BOQ, preparation of fabrication and installation drawings, and providing clarification where ever required.
• Updating and monitoring Level III plan keeping in view overall master schedule.
• Regularly performing s critical path analysis anticipates bottlenecks and highlights these to Site Manager.
• Ensuring preparation of as build drawings.
• Prepares Project Windup report at completion of the project.
• Understand the projects chart of accounts and its mapping on to the company’s cost centre and closely with Financial Controller in developing cost reports comparing cost vs. revenue on a cost centre basis.
• Responsible for training the company employees with respect to the company systems.
• In the absence of SM/CM, taking stand for the site works.

Preparation of Technical Correspondence, Price Adjustment, Rate Analysis, Variation Order and Claims as per Contract.
