During the work in organization I fulfils following duties as a Senior Planner & Cost Control Manager on Theun Hinboun Expansion Project.

• Developing and maintenance of the Integrated Project Master Schedule to ensure achievement of the business objectives
• Integrating suppliers and subcontractors' schedules and incorporating project strategies and methodologies
• Monitoring of progress and reporting, resources, critical paths, changes and analysis of data
• Forecasting of completion dates for contracts, stages, phases and overall and identification of bottlenecks and hurdles
• Overall coordination of project planning development and associated scheduling issues through project stakeholders
• Overseeing contractors and suppliers' schedules and reporting functions
• Ensure that the schedules incorporate appropriate tasks and time so that health, safety and the environment is not put at unnecessary risk and achieves expectations of no harm to persons, plant or environment
• Implementation, integration and management of the construction schedules in Microsoft Project 2007
• Support the development and maintenance of core Project Procedures which will provide clear guidance to team members and the associate subcontractors
• Assist with and input in the "Management of Change" process
• Provide support to the Contracts and Procurement Groups in the form of tender evaluations, Contract Schedule Development and overall schedule guidance
• Implement planning systems, processes and methodology in accordance with EPC Turnkey Project Guidelines including on a monthly basis preparation of:
• Overall Master Schedule & Forecast (two week and three month look ahead schedule)
• Progress & Performance Analysis Report
• Critical Path / Element Analysis
• Subcontractor(s) to ensure that they provide accurate Plans and that the project's best interests and goals are maintained
• Assist in project Risk Analysis exercises and Coordinate preparation of schedule risk analysis
• Support and comply with the project team's commitment to no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the environment
• Prepare and implement project wide WBS, working with the Cost Engineer
• Understand the technical scope of the work and the right sequence and duration of activities to create a viable project plan to achieve the business objectives
