Responsible as a head of project planning for South Pars Oil Layer project (1 billion US Dollar) which is included upstream study, offshore drilling, sub sea cables and wellhead platform EPCI package. Insure that the campaign activities execution progress is monitored via proper reporting. This includes critical path monitoring, completion date forecasting, plan revision, revising schedule baseline, and preparation of periodical progress, forecast, man-hour reports and critical path network. Review and approval of subcontractors schedule and planning package. Member of Transaction Committee. Member of plan & budget commission. Preparation of yearly budget.
