Principal Engineer – Project control

Involved in the preparation of schedule and planning package at the biding stage for offshore and onshore projects. Coordinate with project engineer in preparing project proposal. In this role I used primavera P6 to create and maintain project schedule and master plan.

Primavera 6.7 administrator. Setting up WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) in line with OBS & CBS. Standardization of Project Control Method and providing Procedures and Work Instructions. Preparing required Curves and histograms for bids. Coordinate with different discipline on their Man Hours. Preparing Monthly Progress Report & S-curve. Preparing Weekly KPI Reports. Corporate on providing Integrated Master schedules for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Work. Preparation of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Look-ahead Schedules. Monitoring and Expediting the Subcontractors. Provide support on planning and scheduling requirements to the planning team to execute the work. Evaluate network and critical path in project schedule.
