ü  Preparing the project performances and its Productivities

ü  Preparing the project schedules for the project

ü  Preparing the Resources analysis like Manpower, Equipments, Materials, etc

ü  Organizing work fronts and co-ordination

ü  Preparing the weekly and monthly project planning reports

ü  Preparing the Look-ahead schedules

ü  Preparing Claims and back charges

ü  Preparing the Method statements for the projects

ü  Preparing the Manpower and Equipment recovery plans for the project

ü  Contracts over viewing and progress comparison

POSITION:  PROJECT EVALUATION TEAM MEMBER

ü  Quality assurance checks for the procurement of tools used for public works

ü  Verification of the process of identifying workers done by Municipalities in cooperation with Labor Office.

ü  Monitor workers registration process by the municipalities.

ü  Monitor and quality assurance spot checks during the public works on project sites

ü  Monitor attendance of workers in accordance with the approved list of beneficiaries and check on the attendance list Maintained by  the municipalities

ü  Verification of payment list in accordance with the approved list of beneficiaries

ü  Monitor of payments sites administered by the municipalities and agreed payment procedures based on the agreed payment schedule.
