  • Provide planning and scheduling support required in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
  • Support the project manager (PM) in managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and reviews professional deliverables.
  • Develop Project WBS’s using the latest tools and techniques.
  • Updating and monitoring site progress status along with allotted resources & budget.
  • Discuss, coordinate and resolve long term and short term problems with personnel and monitoring delay progress – making record, reason’s for delay.
  • Preparing of monthly invoices, and  cash flow analysis report (Weekly/monthly)
  • Updating of material submission log and subcontractor’s log.
  • Develops technical and management reports which detail project cost and schedule performance in terms of risks.
  • prepare and analyze comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between the project forecasts and the budgets
