Coordinated divisional capital projects, Analyzed cost data and provided information on budget variances for decision-making.  Developed and implemented the cost control structure for operational and capital work projects.  Wrote policies and procedures for purchase requisition, AP processing, and cost reports dissemination.  Coordinated and monitored data input into automated systems.  Reconciled budget and expenditure data to improve cost reporting.

Plan, schedule, and control projects in Microsoft Projects, manage time, project costs, resource scheduling and balance resources capacity, contracts, track progress and changes management. Prepared weekly/monthly project schedule reports, and cost estimating reporting, and tracked change.

Responsible for weekly/monthly cost reports, monitor estimate to complete, track change management and potential changes, and updating benchmarking. Developed a process and related tools to monitor and track ongoing cost and estimate analysis reporting, gap analysis and maintained accurate and complete accounting records, processing invoice charges for accuracy, purchase orders and change order billing, resolve vendor invoices and billing issues.
