Developing and Leading Foster Wheeler Energia Oy Group project controls function, in one of the largest Foster Wheeler Global Power Group business units. Fully responsible of all Project Controls activities executed globally trought the Foster Wheeler Energia Oy (Finland), Foster Wheeler Energi Ab (Sweden), Foster Wheeler Energie GmbH (Germany), FW Graf-Wulff GmbH (Germany). Reporting directly to President and Chief Executive Officer of Foster Wheeler Energia Oy Group located at Finland AND to functional project controls leader, VP Project Controls, Global Power Group, located at Clinton, New Jersey US. Function provide all Project Control activities in projects and proposals in group portfolio. Project types in portfolio varies from small service product or spare part deliveries to large scale global EPC LSTK projects, where project size varies from few thousand USD's to over couple hundred million USD's Solid experience from all contract types and combinations, from both 'cost plus' and "lump sum" projects - FEED (front end engineering and design) - E (engineering) - EP (engineering and procurement) - EPC (Engineering, procurement and construction) Project Control function key areas of responsibility; - Projects and Portfolio reporting and status reviews - FWEOY Group capacity analysis, forecast and reporting. - FWEOY Group accrued profit & revenue analysis, forecast and reporting – including various scenario analysis. - Project Risk management during project execution phase - Projects Cost Control, Scheduling, Progress measurement, analysis and forecast - Projects revenue and accrued profit recognition, analysis and forecast - Change management - Support QA/QC in company level continuous improvement program by collecting, processing, sharing and analyzing data.
