·         Preparing and monitoring of Project schedules including design / engineering issues, authority’s approvals, and construction activities by planning tools (MS-Project)

·         Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to the Schedule, Cost, Resource Deployment

·         Preparation of Project Cash Flow Statements, Delay analysis and time variations & claims of the Project.

·         Co-ordination and correspondence with Architect/Consultants for compliance of requirements.

·         Preparation of Land Purchase Schedule and Monitoring of Govt. Revenue Documents

·         Preparing, Reviewing & reporting overall progress of project (MIS Report) and Project Documentation.

·         Preparing and Organising of Basic Land survey such as Demarcation project boundary (revenue vs actual), Soil Test, Hydro-geology Test, Traffic survey and Environmental Test (Air, Water and Flora & Fauna).

·         Provided the support to liaison and licensing in securing approval & NOC with all Govt. Statutory Agencies
