RESIDENT ENGINEER (PROGRAMME)

TSUEN WAN WEST  STATION – WEST RAIL

Initially, managing the construction of Nam Cheong Station, a station combining a major rail terminus with the urban Mass Transit Railway, on behalf of the client, Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation. Subsequently transferred to Tsuen Wan station. A 4 year project due for completion in October 2003.

Reporting directly to the Chief Resident Engineer, duties include:

·        Review and approval of the Contractor’s programme submissions

·        Coordination of Interfaces with ROS Contractors and Project Contractors

·        Progress Monitoring

·        Claims Analysis

·        Production of the Monthly Report

·        Hands-on daily use of Primavera and Microsoft Project.
