Reporting directly to the Programming and Planning Manager who held executive status, developed the Master Programme including all interfaces with other infrastructure projects, and between the 31 major Contractors who built the high speed railway and stations. Coordination between Civil and E&M Contracts, establishment of Milestones and Key Dates. Assessment of Contractors’ programmes.

Reporting to the Hong Kong Government, and responsible for the monthly report, using various software packages but primarily Primavera. The period covered from the Government’s instruction to proceed to the Railway Opening on the 6th July 1998, on time.
