Coordination and control of Subcontractors including working in Seoul, Korea with Subcontractor, Daewoo, and The Hague, Netherlands with the design consultants. Critical Path Analysis and schedule recovery methods. Based on Kharg Island and subsequently Tehran, held full responsibility for the planning function.
