SYSTEMS SUPPORT CONSULTANT

 

Following training in London, performed wide ranging support duties as required. Assisted clients in maximising the use of their Artemis systems, developing databases and menu driven applications for inexperienced users. Trouble-shooting – rectified system faults and application problems. Upgraded systems – hardware and software. Taught and demonstrated Artemis. Converted data from other systems for input to Artemis. Gained experience on all Artemis systems from mainframe to PC.
