Plant Maintenance Planning

  • Generated and issued Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plans for Pipeline, Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Condition Monitoring, and Mobile Equipment
  • Planned, prepared, organized and controlled the turnarounds, shutdowns, and maintenance of static and rotating equipment in the plant
  • Reviewed/issued daily Maintenance schedules and made sure that the work orders received in JDE from different areas/departments have been scheduled according to their priorities and resources availability
  • Maintained and continually updated the PM and job plans in JDE as per OEM recommendations and Maintenance history of the equipment
  • Audited the work orders after completion. Ensured the accuracy of feedback data such as actual labor, materials and tools, along with Failure Hierarchy
  • Prepared master turnaround/shut-down charts
  • Ensured equipment, equipment location and labor hierarchies were up-to-date and accurate in JDE
  • Prepared and issued 2-weekly planning schedule; detailing schedule start and schedule finish date with tag numbers in MS-Projects bar charts and other graphics
  • Generated, issued and followed up Preventive Maintenance Monthly Plan for plant maintenance.
  • Coordinated, updated and monitored the schedule execution at site complying with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as work permit policies and procedures
  • Participated in Reliability Centered Maintenance Assessment
  • Participated in Root Cause Failure Analysis process 

Management and Supervision

  • Monitored and analyzed major shutdown activities status on a daily basis, and emphasizing to schedule/execute critical work on priority which could have impact on timely completion of turnaround
  • Prepared and used work order hierarchies to control and manage special projects such as turnarounds, capital upgrades & expansions etc.
  • Prepared, compiled and issued various reports e. g. status reports, weekly, two weekly plans compliance report and monthly maintenance department report, maintenance performance indices report etc.
  • Coordinated, expedited, secured Maintenance parts/materials, contracted tools and contract labor for upcoming preventative (PM) and shut down maintenance work
  • Attended Operation and Maintenance morning meeting at Higher Management level
  • Reviewed and analyzed Maintenance Failure reports
  • Generated Management and Performance Indicator reports
  • Acted as focal point for coordination among different sections at site, ADWEA central maintenance team, JDE end user training and support to improve the awareness and understanding of the JDE system functions so that productivity is improved
  • Worked with maintenance and process engineers and contractors for backlog work orders reviewing & processing which included generating, approval, planning, execution and completion, ensuring actuals are entered accurately
  • Participated in promotion of HSE awareness as member of HSE group
