I have worked in Project Controls since the late 1990’s. During this period I have proactively held positions at all levels both with Greenfield & Brown Field projects.

My role included the proactive development and maintenance of Project Schedules, Critical Path analysis, interrogating Contractors schedule & development of Progress Measurement Systems in line with project requirements and Project Status Reporting using Primavera P7, P6 R8.1, MS Project, Monte Carlo, SAP and Excel Packages, which also involved close liaison with contract management team
