I am a planning engineer with over 22 years experience of providing a variety of construction, commercial, contract and dispute related services. I now focus on working closely with international construction companies to develop and implement dispute avoidance strategies.

I continue to act as a Planning Expert in litigation, arbitration and other dispute forums on major international disputes.

My background includes working on many high cap-ex projects in a variety of construction sectors including oil / drilling rig construction, FPSO integration, power stations, process plants, ship building, onshore pipeline / tanks, high rise building construction, bridge construction etc.

Experience has been gained under most domestic UK and international based standard forms of contract as well as extensive experience of bespoke forms.
