Master Planner of the domestic and international arenas for the Lockheed Martin IS&GS-Defense C4ISR Systems line of business (LOB). Internal advisor/consultant to Executive Leadership and Program Management Organization (PMO) regarding all aspects of Master Planning/Scheduling. Lead vertical and horizontal integration of technical and support disciplines throughout proposal development and program execution. Define program lifecycle, perform master planning, implement Integrated Program Framework (IPF) process, facilitate internal/external reporting, and ensure program performance. Develop IPF process outputs, such as Product Architecture/Structure, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), WBS Dictionary, Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Summary Master Schedule (SMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Basis of Estimate (BOE). Prepare operational budgets and schedules for contract work and perform financial analyses such as manpower requirements, cost allocation, funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Perform Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) utilizing Monte Carlo Simulation methodology.
