IS&GS-Defense product line representative board member of the Planning and Scheduling Sub-Council (PSSC) of the Program Performance Leadership Team (PPLT) for the Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC). The charter of the PSSC is to identify issues and make recommendations relevant to the performance of Planning and Scheduling duties across the four Lockheed Martin business units. The group’s focus is to support the goals of the PPLT to advance performance management capability and drive shareholder value by:

• Nurturing employee professional growth and respect in a team-oriented environment.
• Developing and recommending strategies associated with corporate program performance management issues.
• Participating in industry association activities.
• Identifying, communicating, and implementing planning and scheduling related discipline, best practices, strategies, processes, and tools across the four Lockheed Martin business units.
