·               Preparation of Pre qualification and expression of interest.

·               Tender sourcing through tender portals, various countries ministry web portals in the Middle East and Africa Region and preparing Tender logs.

·               Monitoring Pre and Post Tendering Activities.

·               Participating in negotiation with the subcontractors in Pre-bid and Post bid works.

·               Preparing Tender schedules and technical bid submissions

·               Preparation of Presentations for Management for various submissions. 

 

·               Planning, Scheduling, Resource and Cost calculation, Tracking and Monitoring of Project by using Planning tools

·                  Monitor work progress and determine performance vs. projected targets of work.

·                  Prepare look-ahead plans keeping in view work-fronts availability and available resources. 

·                  Monitor subcontractor’s performance and ensure that they deliver their respective work on schedule. Report to and discuss any discrepancies with Planning Manager

·                  Preparation of Scope Matrix for Project Completion.

·                  Preparation of MPRM Report for GM

·                  Reconciliation of quantities on monthly basis.

·                  Coordination between Planning Dept and Contract Dept for EOT submission.

·                  Coordination between all departments Procurement, Contracts, Site planning dept and Regional office for timely completion and achieving the project targets.

·                  Visiting site for monitoring & physical progress updating.

·                  Gather and Analyze information to prepare Various MIS Reports and Dashboards on the Progress of Projects.

·                  Coordination for all daily, weekly, fortnightly & Monthly reports – Reviewing and presenting same to Higher Management.

·                  Keeping Track of Budgeted amount and Actual expense arrived for each activity. 

 

·                  Study of Tender documents, Site & Prepare tender report for management’s approval

·                  In depth study of Conditions of Contracts to find out Risk/ onerous conditions of contracts in tendering stage that to be discussed and settled during negotiation meeting with The Employer.

·                  Preparation of Tender Clarifications & raise it  to The Employer/Engineer

·                  Attending Site Visit & Pre-tender meetings with The Employer/Engineer

·                  Preparation & Floating of Subcontractors inquires & Clarify their queries

·                  Prepare tender schedules, resources graphs and submission of all technical documents for a bid.

·                  Work within team of Project Managers, Project Planner & Design co-coordinator  for following exercises to reduce the tender amount  by  

1.       Optimum utilization of resources

2.       Value Engineering analysis and their impact on tender amount

3.       Any cost saving to arrive at best final tender amount
