  • Under guidance of the Lead and Senior Scheduler, manages various aspects of the scheduling and planning functions as necessary to support effective project execution within a variety of operational environments.
  • Provides support to the Scheduling/Planning team in developing, maintaining, and analyzing critical path plans, resources and related schedule activities on projects of moderate size and complexity. Requires strong discretion and independence.
  • Under minimal supervision, will perform the more difficult and complex aspects of planning/scheduling activities. These activities include but are not limited to site visits at remote locations, developing turn-key schedules, resource loading schedules and updating and maintaining schedules in a timely fashion and in accordance with all company standards and contractual requirements. 
  • Responsible for the development of scope, schedule, budget and estimate to complete data for assigned tasks.
  • Assist in the creation of Work Breakdown Structure and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements.
  • Analyze schedules to the extent that corrective action can be taken to minimize project losses.
  • Assist in managing and maximizing project margins.
  • Supports the Project Controls team at a macro level in maintaining timely and effective change management processes. 
  • Develops and maintains status reports including: labor productivity, schedule status and earned value curves reports.
  • Track self performance and subcontractor progress
