  • Member of Technical Team in the Enterprise Project Management Division. The Prime objective of the job was to provide the client with the best Project Management Practices in the Industry and integrate the different process inside an organization in to one platform on the Enterprise Level.

  • Communicating with the client to know the requirements, and then analyze the requirements and then coming up with the solution.

  • Preparation of schedules at different level with the help of precedence. Finalizing the baselines of the projects and then updating and monitoring of the Projects.

  • Planning of resources for the project to analyze what are the requirements which will come up.

  • Cost analysis for the resources as well as other cost of the projects. Earned Value Analysis for the Project.

  • Reporting and their customization at different levels so as to analyze the delays monitor the progress, check the status at different levels and rectification of the errors which has already been done.

  • Good knowledge of planning in different segments like Railway, Construction Industry, Power Industry and Petroleum Industry.

  • Sound knowledge of Project Management its scope and different process.

  • Successfully completed full project life cycles for 4 projects, delivering the best practice of Project Management, Resource Management, Cost Management, Risk Management and Quality Checks.

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Database creation, backup, restore and working on the SQL tables.
