Implementing Project Management solution at IRCON International Limited. IRCON is a PSU under Ministry Of Railways working on Jammu – Srinagar Railway Link Project. IRCON is developing the railway line from Dharam to Qazigund which is 100 Km in length and up to 90% of the track is either on Underground Structures (Tunnels) or on Super Structures (Bridge).The project is very challenging task for the railways due to its terrain and socioeconomic circumstances in J&K.
