Part of Project Planning Team for an upcoming solar thermal power project. The capacity of the plant is 200 MW capacity with approximate cost of 3000 Cr (INR).

• Developed the Project L1, L2 & L3 schedules/network. L3 schedule for Solar Field, HTF System, TES System, Power Block, BoP & Electrical/Instrumentation Packages.

• Updating of Project Schedules and monitoring. Prepare the action plan/delay analysis for critical issue in the project. Highlight the slippage and activities due to which the delay has occurred.

• Meeting with the vendors to discuss the supply, erection & commissioning timelines, resource allocation and manufacturing.

• Providing timelines & cost to the project packages for target completion of the same.

• Procurement & Supplies Schedules. Production Schedule for the assembly line.

• Preparation of all kind of reports for the project like Lender’s report, Monthly report, Exceptional Reports, Statutory Clearances etc.

• Developed the billing breakup and cash flow of the entire project across all lifecycle.

• Coordinating and arranging the project review meeting with Projects/Engineering and Procurement group.

• Monitoring of MDL’s submitted by Consultants and Vendors. Raising the issues with the same and interdepartmental if any.

• S-Curve analysis for costs and units. Top down budgeting for the Project.

• Timely presentations to the Top Management to demonstrate the status of the project. Coordination between different departments in the organization so as to map the overall project status
