As a Senior Member of the Project Management team on the Lantau and Airport Railway Communications Project in Hong Kong, specific responsibilities included:

• Programme Development and Risk Management.
• Project Financial Reporting e.g. cashflow, resource analysis, requirements and utilisation.
• Configuration Management, reporting Project Progress and Performance Indicators.
• Planning of key project phases including Installation and System Design, Software Development, Equipment Manufacture and Test, System Proving Modelling, Installation, Testing and Commissioning.
• Provision of project planning information to support the Commercial Manager in cost recovery.
• Direct client contact/liason and provision of information analysis to Senior Management.
• Management of subcontractor planning submissions and integration into the overall level 3 Control Programme.
