Preparing programmes covering the Engineering and Installation phases of various subsea installation projects and bids, encompassing building detailed CPA networks covering all work elements, development of supporting Cost, Time, Resource ( CTR) sheets to identify resource requirements, analysis and reporting programme information to both Clients and Senior Management.

 Key Areas of Responsibility

• Planning and co-ordination of major installation projects from preliminary engineering phase through to Client handover.
• Promotion and development of effective Project Control practises within the Company.
• Development of detailed operating procedures including Document Control.
• Managing the introduction of integrated Project Management software.
• Establishment of internal training schemes covering Planning and Control.
• Provision of business planning information to optimise business revenue and ensure effective use of company resources
