  • Leading the Project Management Office – comprising Project Planning, Material Planning, Resource Planning & Execution Planning – for Bangalore regional office (Covering Karnataka, Kerala & Goa, contributes to 60% of the overall company turn over). Team Size – 10 People + 1 (Reporting from region).
  • Total monitoring control of the project from initial stage to the final handing over.
  • Total coordination between Client , Consultant & inter office depts. to ensure the smooth flow of project mobilisation , establishment ,  progress & close out as per agreed contractual terms.
  • Project monitoring on Budget , Time , Material , Man power , Infrastructure , Execution schedule &  Commissioning.
  • Operational budget fixing, Cost tracking & Profitability analysis on every stage of the project.  
  • Project progress monitoring thru MS Project & SAP. Also thru various customised check lists.
  • Project billing tracking & plan for maximising the billing for a better cash flow.
  • Project Planning involvement from the tendering stage , Initial site visits , Macro / Micro scheduling /  mile stone monitoring, Billing tracking & MIS preparation.
  • Material Planning & tracking from design BOM release stage till the final reconciliation.
  • Material forecasting , Demand planning & day to day crisis management on material movement.
  • Internal & external resource planning & management. Project allocation to apt internal team, Sub contractor management, rate finalisation & releasing SLA, bill tracking, processing & reconciliation.
  • Execution planning & tracking thru MS project / SAP PS Module & customised reports.
  • Coordination on final project handing over & closure documentation.
  • Periodical compiling & generation of the MIS & feeding the top management.
  • Client interaction, progress updating / discussion & escalation management.
