Developing project plan (using P3, MSP, Excel) and its control procedures, and setting criteria for measuring progress of “PTA-1&2 of Shahid Tondgooian Petrochemical Company” and “PET-1&2 of Shahid Tondgooian Petrochemical Company” to prepare Weekly & Monthly Report of physical activities on project. Discussing Project Problems with Owner of Project.

·   Coordinating with Foreign engineering and procurement Consultants ( Such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial Co.(MHI) & Daelim of Korea & Noyvallesina of Italy ) & with Local Consultants ( Such as Sazeh & Namvaran & Chagalesh ) to ensure the delivery time of drawings, material and equipment to sites and observing Master Time Schedule of Project.

·   Controlling Construction Contractors & Foreign / Local Consultants  Reports and Schedules and Have a Meeting for solving problems on projects.

·   Preparing Monthly Reports for National Petrochemical Company of Iran (NPC).

·   Worked as a Network administrator and also Solving Hardware & Software Problems .Working with Windows 2000 Advanced & Windows NT server. Sharing Internet and Defining User Access Level by ISA SERVER.
