·   Developing project plan (using P3, MSP, Excel) and its control procedures, and setting criteria for measuring progress of “Ilam Gas Petrochemical Company” and “Vian Steel Complex” and “Structures of Kharg Petrochemical Company” to prepare Weekly & Monthly Report of physical activities on project. Discussing Project Problems with Owner of Project.

·   Cost control and resource planning to distribute resources and budget to different departments/sites.

·   Coordinating with engineering and procurement divisions to ensure the delivery time of drawings, material and equipment to sites

·   Scheduling for Fabrication and Erection of Steel Structures & Tanks.

·   Doing Internal Auditing, Conducting Document Reviewing, Preparing Different Reports of Auditing and Quality Assurance System.

·   Comparing Master Plan with actual works and make decision to achieve Target date on Time.
