  • Contract Administration.  Leadreview team for contractor’s EOT claims and to maintain company’s exposure due to time extensions and related loss & expense costs is minimal. Validate and update sufficiency of planning and scheduling allocation by contractor in Bill of Quantities (BQ) and Contract Document for all assigned projects.
  • Quality Contract Administration. Lead planning and scheduling advisory team for all undersigned ongoing contracts to minimize the impact on time and cost overrun.
  • Preventive Risk Management. Responsible as focal person inproviding advise to PMT/PMD in undertaking preventive risk management for undersigned packages from the early inception until issuance of Final Certificate to the projects.
  • Participate in drafting the Implementation Schedule during Project Brief Stage incorporation of Design Programme. involve in discussion and justification where there are request for design changes either from Authorities, Consultants or from the company.
  •  Negotiation of Claims. Participate and contribute justification in internal discussions to strategise approach in negotiations on claims with contractors, EOT assessment methodology with the PMT as well as involvement in EOT application to the Government.
  • Progress Monitoring of Key Packages. Leadin charge team forproviding advise to PMT/PMD on risk or exposures related to timelines and delays of undersigned projects including implementations recovery schedules.
  • Employer’s Instruction/Variation Order (EI/VO). Review and advise to PMT/PMD on risk and exposures related to delay/time impact on the timeline due to issuance of EI/VO to the projects.
  • Act as main focal person in charge for relevant implementations of policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as stipulated and required by the company quality management system.
