I am responsible for all the Project and Tender programme within the Gatwick Airport Team, of whom we only have one client, Gatwick Airport Limited.  I produce and report and progress various projects on regular basis.  In addition, I attend client / sub contractors meetings to ensure that all changes are captured.  Because all works within the team are surrounding a live / operating airport, robust planning is required to ensure the integrity of airport operations, security, safety and passenger experience is maintained.  Two senior planners are currently working under my supervision.  They receive regularly feedback from me regarding their performance.  I also regularly up to date them with new techniques around planning in order to ensure that their performance maintain at high standard and open up their career path at the same time.
