Total Management Consultancy Projects Management & Feasibility is a Kuwait private company working in the field of the planning and controlling management of the construction projects.

Projects :

- Public Authority for Applied Education & Training (PAAET)

Extension of College of Health Sciences for Girls (Contract Value $ US 58.96 Million).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Duties & Responsibilities:

Study and decide with project manager about method and procedures for construction and form work requirements and planned movement and cycles.

 Develop the detailed construction schedule, using Primavera P6.

Cost loading and resource assigning  to the scheduled activities.

Follow up and update the schedule based on site progress data.

Prepare RFP/ Time & Cost Claim study with time impact analysis.  

Review daily reports prepared by site engineers.

Prepare fund requirements on monthly bases according to project schedule.

Prepare of S – curve and Cash flow diagrams from the contractor construction schedule.

Follow up site progress in weekly basis in order to review & approval of the contractor monthly payments.  

Assist the PMT in preparing the  method of statements including the construction sequences for all the executed items.
