FCC LPG Treatment Unit, FCC Light Naptha Treatment Unit, Alkylation Unit ,Butane Isomerisation Unit ,Spent Acid Regenaration, Flue Gas Desulphurisation Unit.

Responsibilities :

·         Project Planning ,Scheduling,Budgeting &Monitoring . Project Scheduling by Primavera-P6

·         Delay analysis ad contractual correspondence with the client

·         Preparation DPR & DLR of Sites and submit to RO

·         Preparation of MIS, MOM.

·         Steel reconciliation & preparing status report of project & labour percentage. 

·         Preparation of revised schedule as required & maintaining drawing register.

·         Planning, Budget, Cash in-flow & out flow.

1.  Manager-Planning(Civil)in “JUSCO-A TATA ENTERPRISE.”        From: April'2006- December‘2009  

     Project:

      Construction of   25MGD. Water Treatment Plant at Haldia,Dist : East Midnapore, West Bengal,India

      Construction  of 12 MGD Water Treatment Plant at GardenReach, Kolkata for CMWSA

      Responsibilities:

             Project Planning ,Scheduling, Budgeting &Monitoring . Project Scheduling by Primavera-P6

·         Preparation of  Budget for Civil & Structural Work.

·         Control of  Budget by reviewing the cost of work executed by the vendor on regular basis.

·         Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.

·         Compliance of quality standards to maintain the quality of the work.

·         Liaison with client & consultants on determining technical specification

2.   Manager-Planning in “ Navayuga Engineering Co.Ltd.”                    From : November’2003-March’2006  

       Construction of 500MW Thermal Power Plant at Farakka ,Dist : Murshidabad ,WestBengal

       Construction of two G+30 Storied  residential cum commercial complex in Calcutta,West Bengal.

      Responsibilities:

• Project-Planning and preparation of work schedules through Primavera-P6. Resource Planning.
• Coordination with Client and Customer.
• Checking of quality as per specification.
• Furnish timely Reports on site activities to the reporting manager. Preparing Client Bill as per executed work month wise
• Making completion schedule step by step, working drawing (by Auto CAD software), BBS, BOQ, Rate analysis of Buildings item.

3.   Sr.Project Engineer in “East Coast Construction Ltd.”                       From:January’2001 - October'2003  

      Project: -

       Planning , Monitoring & Supervision for  construction of  two  G+10 Storied Residential Buildings  with a Covered Area of

       200000 SFT. in Calcutta,West Bengal.

       Responsibilities:

·         Preparation of BBS, BOQ, Working Drawing, Client billing, sub contractor billing

·         Execution and monitoring steel structure and its layout, fabrication and also erection

·         Preparation of Civil Engg. drawings and estimates,

·         Pilling works (Driven Piles) with Pnumatick Rigs.Dia of Piles :500 mm.Number of Piles :800 

·         Building works (foundation, basement and structure, grouting & water proofing along with brick work and plastering work)

·         Preparation of Budget for Civil & Structural Work.

·         Control of Budget by reviewing the cost of work executed by the vendor on regular basis.

4.   Project Engineer at “Lalkar Marine Pvt.Ltd.”                  From :January’1995 - December'2000

       Construction of 5 Nos.  G+10 Storied residential building at Kolkata with a covered area of 150000 SFT.
