2.Management of the integrated schedule (time & budget) for the work scopes : •Radio Integrator - (Atkins) •Metering Package - (FirstCo) •SCADA (Schneider) 3.Drafting formal notifications of schedule acceptance or rejection 4.Verification of Installation Metric reports against accepted Current progressed schedules 5.ICS Subject Matter Expert for use of FUSE project analysis software     1.Develop and maintain the T2 ICS 100 day high level and detailed P6 Schedule project. 1.Develop the Touch point register and provide reports and interface with Delivery Assurance teams 2.Assess contractors baseline schedule and monthly updates providing an analysis of the technical integrity and content, recommending acceptance or rejection of contractor programmes. 3.Support the verification of contractors earned value (BCWP) and reviewing the alignment to BCWP in Artemis. 4.Develop project knowledge to advise the Control Account Managers and contractors on re-planning and short term task planning as required. 5.Support the EAC process through input of current schedule plans. 6.Produce schedule reports supporting the effective communication of schedule status in line with HAL requirements. 7.Assess the impacts (time & cost) of proposed baseline changes, supporting the input of schedule impact assessments to eChange. 8.Progress Monitoring and reporting CBI works to communication rooms and floorplatehandovers through CBI schedule. 9.Support the delivery managers in attending weekly/Daily coordination meetings between suppliers and CBI floorplatemanagers 10.Work in adherence to the appropriate HAL processes and project working practices / processes
