Power Gen – Trinidad & Tobago, Construction of 2 Simple Cycle(501DA) power stations, providing 220MW of power for PowerGen. Responbilities included, Senior Project Control Engineer, Material Manager, Site Project Engineer. 

Kirkuk Iraq – Iraqi Ministry of Electricity & USAID, Construction and Commissioning of 2 Gas Turbine Engines (V64 & V94). Providing 400MW of Power for Kirkuk Oil region and Baghdad. Responsibilities included, Senior Project Controls Engineer, Material Manager, Contract Admin, & Site Project Engineer.

Norte Fluminense Power Project, Macae Brasil, Construction of a 3X1 Combined Cycle(501FD3) gas only power station, providing 700MW of power for the Macae and State of Rio De Janeiro, Constructed by a Consortium, Macae Brasil 220Km north of Rio De Janeiro. Santa Cruz Power Project, Santa Cruz Brasil, Construction of 2 Simple Cycle(501FD2) power station, providing 350MW of power for the Furnas Power Company for the State of Rio De Janeiro. Constructed be a Consortium, made up of Fiat Engineering and Santos. Duties included Senior Project Controls Engineer, Contract Manager, Cost Forecaster, and Controller of Siemens Ltd Brasil.

AES Red Oak, Sayreville, New Jersey, Construction of a 3X1 combined cycle(501F) gas only power station, providing 700MW of power for the Greater New Jersey Area. Consortium Senior Project Control Engineer , Cost Forecaster and Start Up Specialist

UEG Araucaria, Curitiba, Brasil Construction of a 2X1 combined cycle(501FD) gas only power station, providing 450MW of power for the El Paso Energy Group in Araucaria Brasil. Senior Project Control Engineer, Cost Forecaster, and site Project Engineer.

Central La Rosita and Expansion Project, Mexicali México, Construction of a 3X1-combined cycle(501F) gas only power station, providing 700MW of power for the AEP/Intergen Consortium Group and constructed by Bechtel, in Mexicali Mexico. Senior Project Control Engineer as well as Cost Forecaster. Was part of a team to bring in an additional 3 plus million to margin from the Original LOA amount at Project Completion.

AES Uruguaiana Brasil Power Project, Uruguaiana Brasil, S.A, Construction of a two on one combined cycle(501F) dual fuel power station, providing 600MW of power for the Southern Province of Brasil. Consortium Project Control Engineer.

Auxiliary Boiler Project developed and managed an integrated project schedule from engineering, fabrication, to installation scopes of work. Managed subcontractors, coordination with plant maintenance and operation team. Developed Progress Curves, with Actual hours, Earned Value, Budgeted man-hours, Current & Baseline scheduled man-hours. Removal & Installation of Reheat Elements, Waterwall Replacement & “Coen” Front Fire Burner Installation. - Construction Superintendent & Project Scheduler Celulosa “Capitan Bermudez”, Rosario, Argentina S.A.., Rehabilitation of a CE-2 Natural Gas Boiler out of Service for Two(2) Years. Replacement of HTSH Elements, Terminal Tubes, Hanger Tube Replacement , Arch , Front, Rear & Sides Water wall Panels, as well as Coutant Bottom Panels and rehabilitation of the tangential burners.

Construction Superintendent & Project Scheduler Shell Oil, Colon, Panama S.A., Complete Rehabilitation of Auxiliary Steam Package Boiler. A Construction Consultant to Shell Oil, in which, I instructed Shell’s contractor in the proper installation of new boiler tubing and burner management system and controls.

Construction Consultant Orange & Rockland Generating Station, 400MW CE Boiler, W. Haverstraw, New York, Scheduled outage for replacement of Superheat headers and elements, and De-superheater Links, as well as Air heater modifications.
