- Monitoring project progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks. Taking necessary steps to ensure project completion within time, cost and effort parameters.
- Management of Risks and Issues, configuration management, change control Detailed Project reporting including milestones progress, financials. Third Party (Vendor) management. Project Delivery.
- Development of detailed documentation on Project Brief/Business case, Project Initiation Document, Project and Stage Plan. Resource planning and management and scheduling of activities. Project Kick off meeting, scoping/business process analysis.
Solution Architecting
- Interfacing with onsite/ offsite teams for business requirements gathering, conducting system analysis and finalising techno-functional specifications to design flexible and secure CRM solutions.
- Translating the client's business requirements into specific system, application or process designs.
- Working with client personnel & executives to identify functional requirements. Subsequently working with and leading other team members in the identification, justification and design of the client's solution.
- Defining escalation / response / resolution time for reported problems on the basis of criticality; resolving support / operational issues.
- Maintaining MIS for all phases and reporting project progress to the client; meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms.
- Technically involved and influencer in designing Physical Microsoft Dynamic CRM environment.
