Project Management

  • Coordinating various project related activities involving project planning, execution and management in tune with the core business objectives (including effort/ time/cost estimation/risk management).
  • Executing project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines. Managing development and release cycles, and coordinating the software releases for projects.
  • Monitoring project progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks. Taking necessary steps to ensure project completion within time, cost and effort parameters.
  • Management of Risks and Issues, configuration management, change control Detailed Project reporting including milestones progress, financials. Third Party (Vendor) management. Project Delivery.
  • Development of detailed documentation on Project Brief/Business case, Project Initiation Document, Project and Stage Plan. Resource planning and management and scheduling of activities. Project Kick off meeting, scoping/business process analysis.

 

Solution Architecting

  • Interfacing with onsite/ offsite teams for business requirements gathering, conducting system analysis and finalising techno-functional specifications to design flexible and secure CRM solutions.
  • Translating the client's business requirements into specific system, application or process designs.
  • Working with client personnel & executives to identify functional requirements. Subsequently working with and leading other team members in the identification, justification and design of the client's solution.
  • Defining escalation / response / resolution time for reported problems on the basis of criticality; resolving support / operational issues.
  • Maintaining MIS for all phases and reporting project progress to the client; meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms.
  • Technically involved and influencer in designing Physical Microsoft Dynamic CRM environment.
