I carry out a planning role with involvement on all schemes within the midlands business unit area. Depending on the nature of the projects and the forms of contract I am responsible for:

• The production of contract and revised contract programmes
• Leading the setting up of financial monitoring and reporting on projects
• Identification and assessment of change with respect to time
• Implementation of company procedures wrt to planning and monitoring
• Identification and development of best practice
• Training and mentoring of site staff

I provide support the resolution of accounts that has included the production of 3-D visualisations and presentations in support of the submitted account.

I also provide support to work acquisition team when necessary for the production of tender programmes and quality documents and presentations and tender interviews.
