As a Manager of Project Controls for AECOM’s responsible for overseeing project controls staff including coordinating with key stakeholders across AECOM in the development and implementation of project control standards, procedures and protocols to ensure alignment and consistency; providing direction, guidance and training for staff development and in expanding the scope and visibility of project control services to AECOM’s internal as well as external customers.

Recently appointed as a Global PM Knowledge Center Lead (KLC) for the project controls, systems and technology. Currently overseeing project controls system implementation for the construction of $1.6 Billion dollar Portal Bridge Capacity Enhancement program.

In this capacity, responsible for supervising different project controls leads in the area of Scheduling, Document Controls, Cost Controls, Risk Management, Estimating and Change Management/Claims. In this capacity, directly interfacing and advising with NJ Transit on all project control related issues.
